Bunny

I guess I haven't introduced you to my special Bunny.
I have had Bunny since I was born, and she has the scent of my litter and my parents as well.

I love her very much; every time I go to sleep you will find me snuggling up to her. Also, Bunny has four squeaky things in her, so when I chew her (never wanting to hurt her) she squeaks if I bite her on her tummy, neck, left arm or right foot, just as if she were laughing.

My Jacket

Sarah has just brought me my first jacket. Now that I am used to it, I love wearing it because it feels quite soft against my fur and I feel like I'm being hugged. Sarah says it is made of a material called satin.

Oscar

Oscar is so entertaining!
He is very playful plus heaps of fun!
When I'm not playing with Sarah, you can be sure to find me having a great time with him!

I'm Home!

I got home late last night.
I love it here! There is a Jack Russell named Oscar - he is now in my new pack.
My human's name is Sarah, her parents also live with us too.
My backyard is so huge and I love to romp around in it.
My bed is right next to Sarah's bed, but I'm not allowed on her bed.

I'll tell you about when Sarah picked me up yesterday...
I was having a nap in my bed when I heard footsteps, the door then opened.
I saw Annika with a girl (Sarah,) her mum and dad and also a boy.
As soon as Sarah saw me her face shot into a huge smile. Sarah slowly walked over to me, reaching out her hands wanting me to sniff them and then she picked me up.
I could tell she loved me and I nearly fell asleep in her arms.

When we left she put me in a crate next to her seat in the car, and we drove home. It was a long and bumpy ride home; and I got a bit car sick.

Once we got home, I went to my room (it's also Sarah's room too,) and she gave me some yogurt. After a while I met Oscar. I love him. We played for a few minutes, then Sarah carried me back to the room, and we had a cuddle on a very soft chair that rocked slowly then she said goodnight and everyone went to bed...

Today's The Day!!!

Yeah, today I'm going home to my new human!
I just had my lunch, said bye to everyone (well I've been doing that all week)
and now I'm sleepy so I'll have a little nap.

One More Day

I got something called a needle today, I've had a few in my life before; and I'm told they are good for me, but as far as I see - it's just painful.

Well the good news is tomorrow...

I'm going to my new human's home!

Also one of my brothers just went to his human yesterday.

I'm a bit sleepy now so I'll have a little nap...

I'm Going Home!

In just 2 days, I'm going home to my human!
I can't wait, it's so exciting!
It's just too bad my mum and dad can't come, but I'll see them sometime.

Only 2 of my brothers are still here with me. The other two already went to their humans.

Once again I must say, I'm so excited!!!

Life At The Farm

Life is wonderful! I love it here at Wattlecombe!
I love playing, I love all the animals and humans, and well, everything!
There are about 28 dogs here: Toy Poodles, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and Irish Wolfhounds, wow they are HUGE!!!
There are also mini horses (which aren't so mini to me) and even bigger horses too!

My Brothers Have New Homes Too!

I have just found out that all of my brothers now have new humans to go to as well!
I'm glad they have new homes, and I hope they are all close to where I'm going so we can play all the time!
One of my brothers is going to a place called Perth, I don't know where that is, but I hope it's close to me, I'll be living in Sydney!

Exciting News!

Oh, exciting news! I am to be a birthday present for a girl turning 12! I'll miss my mum, dad, brothers, all the other dogs, puppies, different animals, and of course the kind human helper, Annika, here at Wattlecombe so much, but a new pack sounds very exciting!

I wonder what my new home will be like? I wonder if any other dogs live there? Will I be able to go swimming? Where shall I sleep? Well I'll find out when I get there, won't I?

The Beginning

My name is Miley. I can't remember when I was born, but I learnt later that it was in the winter of 2008. What I do remember is the warmth of my mother and the closeness of my 4 brothers.

My 4 luxuriously soft legs allow me to run and frolic. I am a beautiful, cavorting Cavoodle. My father's name is Karma and he is a white Toy Poodle, and my mother is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and her name is Gizmo.

I'm a puppy. I play, I run, I eat ... and now I must sleep.
