In My Bed

I usually sleep in Sarah's bed, but I sometimes lay in my soft, round dog-bed.
Today is one of those times.
As I mentioned in my last post, Lion and Lassie are my special toys.
Here I slumber on top of them, keeping my friends close.

Lion

Bunny, Cavee, Lassie and now, Lion.
Lion is my new toy. I still have Lassie, and love her very much; but can't
a dog can have two stuffed toys and love them both?
I think a dog can.

Lion is soft and cuddly. He has fuzzy fur around his neck,
and a long tail with a tuft of fur on the end.
I have lots of fun with Lion (and Lassie of coarse, but this post isn't about her),
and will jump up on my back legs whenever someone picks him up and offers a game!

I take Lion everywhere with me and here are some photos.

School Work

I have said in a past blog about Sarah home-schooling.
Today I joined in again!
It was much fun, and I got of attention!

Lolly-pop

I have just discovered a great treat!
It is called a lolly-pop!
The boy who lives in my home was eating a lolly-pop, when I decided I wanted a lick!

Well, it was scrumptious! :P

The Cutest Commercials Ever

OK, I know these aren't anything about me, but I saw them and they was just too cute to resist (except the endings). I just HAD to put them on my blog...

Lassie

My special toy Bunny, has had her poor head
ripped off by Oscar. :'(
My other two teddy bears (which I was unable to post about due to having too much fun with them) - Yellow Bear and Huggie Bear have had their tails and the front of their smiley faces torn off.
Cavee, the toy Cavalier has had her nose pulled off, tearing a rip in her neck also.
Of course Sarah is going to fix them - soon.

Well, until then, Sarah has given me a new stuffed toy - a doggy named Lassie.
It was intended for me to ONLY have her at night time, and in my room
(Sarah's also;)but I just love her too much! I sneak into the room and take her.
Now Sarah lets me have her all the time, but she has to watch Oscar.
Luckily, Oscar has no interest in her.

Now, I don't let her out of my sight. I take her everywhere with me; yet Sarah doesn't allow her outside. So I leave my special Lassie with her - until I get back at least.

Oscar The Jack Russell Pictures

Oscar, is a Jack Russell - as I have told you many times...

Oscar loves cuddles. He always puts his nose underneath somebodies hand/arm to get a pat. He'll stop nosing you when you pat him, but if you do something else (to stop rubbing his ear,) Oscar will start again.
This can take hours before he gets bored.

In winter, as the humans say, his nose is freezing!

Sunglasses

Humans wear sunglasses to keep the sun of their eyes, and to look cool also.
I now have my own pair of sunglasses too!!!

On The Lounge

On the lounge I lie, peacefully dreaming...
It may be of a big piece of steak, or of chasing a cat, I may be playing, cavorting or anything else.
I dream on the lounge...

"Miley, come!" Sarah called.
If Sarah could understand my barks (which isn't that hard!)
I would have said -
'OK, I'm coming!'

As I came inside from the backyard, still carrying the stick I was chewing, Sarah snapped the little flashing box she calls a 'camera.'

Sleeping Oscar

I know, I know...
I do have a lot of post that include my favourite terrier...

It's just that he is so much fun!

Sarah's Pillows

Last year, when everyone puts up a tree, when people celebrate a day called 'Christmas,' Sarah got a new bed.

It is bigger, more comfy and much softer. Since it is larger, Sarah got some more pillows to go with it.
When she makes her bed in the morning. She puts the pillows in a pile on the ground.
While Sarah is busy, I enjoy having a little nap on her pillows...

Oscie and Me

Well, when Sarah took this photo, she intended for Oscar to stay still...
Before she was about to take the picture, Oscar was laying in my bed and I was in the same position as I am in the photo. I always, stay still for photos, while Oscar - just moves!

Well, here is how the photo of Oscie and Me turned out...

Terrier

Jack Russell Terriers!
What they get up to looks so fun, sometimes I join in and get into trouble...

Oscar - by best fur-end is a Jack Russell Terrier.
Some of his favourite hobbies are....

1. Chasing any animal smaller than himself (such as our pet birds)

2. Playing fetch.

3. Going for walks/runs.

4. Having cuddles with anyone (who he doesn't want to eat)

5. Naps (and lots of them!)

6. FOOD!!! Oscar loves food!!!

7. Playing with ME!

Well that's pretty much all Oscar does.

Sarah and I

Sarah and I are great fur-ends (if you haven't already noticed!)
The two of us play together, she feeds me then watches me eat, we go for walks together (well - they are more runs!)
Really what I'm trying to bark is that we do everything together!!!

New Clothing

I love my blue dress and my princess dress (you can see my blue dress in the post called "My Jacket" and the princess dress in the post called "Winter Days"), but sometimes you grow out of these things. This is what happened recently.

So Sarah has gotten me a couple more.

This is a pretty dress that I love very much...





This is an another dress, but this one Sarah knitted. (Please excused the condition of my fur, I was not groomed that day; plus the flash of the camera only made it look worse!)

Fetch

RUN RUN RUN!!!

1. Run as fast as you can to get that ball before Oscar does.
2. Once you got it run back to Sarah or whoever threw the ball.
3. Release the ball on the ground.
4. Then get ready to run for another throw!

If you haven't already noticed, this is the procedure of another of my favourite games - fetch.

I love this game and I am very competitive with Oscar, racing him to get the ball first. I usually win though (or I like to anyway, isn't that the same????)

Sunny Days

When the sun's beautiful, warm rays shine down onto my golden fur, I lie peacefully in the grass...

That is how sunny days are for me.

When the grass is long and warm I dream quietly in the warmth of sunny days...

That is how sunny days are for me.

When it is a sunny day, do not disturb me or I'll cry...

But maybe a few photos would be fine, then leave me to dream...
