Not Quite Yet...

At the shops there were no suitable outfits for me. :(
There was a superdog outfit, but it was poorly made, and too small.
There was also a wind jacket. A wind jacket is just like a rain coat, but keeps wind off you instead of rain. Although, it was also too small, and was made out of a scratchy plastic which would have been very uncomfortable.
Lastly, there was a knitted jumper, but Sarah could make that, and it was wrapped in plastic so you could not tell the size, and could only see a corner of the colouring.

Oh well. Sarah is going to another stall which will have lots of different jumpers. She just went to this store, as it is very close to home. My new outfit will be brought for me on Tuesday! Yeah!!!! :)

A Great Surprise

Today, I was told I am going to get a new outfit! I have about 30 outfits already, but you know, I can never have too many!
I am getting a new one because my denim jacket doesn't fit me anymore, but it does fit Oscar paw-fectly. Sarah gave this jacket to Oscar, and I am getting a replacement. I don't really like giving up my clothes, and when Oscar wears a jumper, I try to pull it off so I can wear it. Oh well, at least I get a brand new jumper! Anyway, it was so small, it just looked ridiculous on me.

Also, I may even be able to go for a walkie to pick it out this afternoon!

Some Help Needed

In one of the blogs I follow, Miley's Daily Scoop, one very loved golden retriever named Maggie, who is 8months old was just found to be in much pain. She has Hip Dyspepsia. She also has signs if arthritis in her knee. To read the post, click HERE.

Could everyone please pray for Maggie and her family? I know they are going through a very tough time right now. Also, does anyone have experience in matters like these? Suggestions will be very helpful.

Picking Only One Toy

In my previous post My Toy Chest, there is a list of all my current stuffies.
I love each and every one of them.
Well, when we went on holidays to the country (click here to read more) Sarah packed each of my toys in a bag - or should I say like 5 large bags? Looking at all my stuff, she realized that I had more than her, Danny Boy and even Mum and Dad combined!
Now, I also had my brushes, Doggie Deodorant, shampoo, the outfits I was going to wear (yes, I NEED those), my jammies, a extra lead/collar, etc, etc... (whew I have a lot of things)!
Sarah said I wasn't allowed to take everything, and so she said I was allowed to take one ball, and one stuffie! This was very mean, but she explained it couldn't fit in the car. Why couldn't everyone else take one thing??? For that, I don't know..

Anyway, I cried - or wined. Sarah ended up picking for me. She chose Lion. In the end, I was able to take:
my high-bounce ball
Lion
my jammies
THREE outfits (fluorescent safety vest, warm denim jacket and a pretty pink dress)
a few brushes (comb, slicker, mud remover)
my shampoo
dog deodorant
and a spare lead/collar.

Seems like a lot, but I missed all my toys that were left behind. All this fitted nicely into a small Supre' bag, along with Oscar's few things.
Of coarse, since there was a lot of other dogs, I couldn't take Lion everywhere or he would now be dead. :(

Oh well, maybe I'll be lucky next time I go!

My Toy Chest

In my room (I share with Sarah), I have my very own toy chest. It is quite big, and it has to be to fit all of my much-loved toys. Even though it's large, it still overflows. :) It is left half-open so I can go and pick the toy I choose to play with!





My toy chest contains:
5 Tennis Balls
1 High Bounce Ball (this ball is so much fun)! We have more, except Danny Boy takes them off me!
1 Kong
19 Stuffed Toys! I would have more, except sadly Oscar has destroyed many of my toys beyond repair - stuffed, balls, pull/tug toys, etc.

Each one of my stuffed toys have names, there is:

Lassie (a Border Collie dog)
Peggie (a Pegasus Horse, or winged horse)
Lion (a lion)
Amos (a German Shepherd dog)
Little Scruff (a Rottweiler dog)
Bunny (my special Bunny I have had since I was born)
Cookie (a Pug dog)
Ellie (an Elephant)
Flipper (a Dolphin)
Spirit (a Horse from the movie Spirit)
Rain (the female horse from the movie Spirit)
Rosie (pink Teddy-Bear)
Snowy (white Teddy-Bear)
Fluffy (Maltese dog)
Teddy (Teddy-Bear)
Snoopy (the Beagle Snoopy)
Duckie (a Duck)
Bluey (an Australian Blue Cattle dog)
Spotty (a Leopard)

So that is the names of my toys!
I love every single one of them!

Cozy, Cuddly Cuteness

Sarah and I have a fluffy pink blanket, which is a bed-spread for a single bed (it has a matching footrest which I used to sit on in the post called My Footrest) Although, since Sarah and I have a double bed, it doesn't fit, leaving with us the option of using it on the lounge. :)

Today, Sarah had left the blanket on the lounge, and I had taken the opportunity to lay on it... or should I say cuddle up IN it?!




It was very comfy (as I'm sure you could guess :D ), and mum had the fire on a low burn which made the coziness just paw-fect.

Hide and Seek With Danny Boy

I love playing hide-and-seek and used to hide under my bed (see the post called New Bed).
This time, Sarah was looking for Danny-Boy (that's what I like to call him ;P ) and I was trying to hide him. Danny Boy sat on the lounge, and then put a blanket over the top of himself. Next, to make it look natural, I sat on the very top! Now Sarah would never find him!!! hahaha... haha

Lazy Day By The Fire

I promised in my last Lazy Days that I would post on my next day spent by the fire. Well, it all started out like a warm cozy day cuddled by the fire with Oscar. Yes, I believe I would love to have more days spent like this...





Then, after those photo's were taken, I decided to have some photo's taken of me sitting peacefully by the fire's glow with Oscar laying loyally by my feet, eh, paws. Little did I know that Oscar had different ideas...

Instead, he stole my spot!!!


I can't believe you Oscar, I'm not even going to look at you! It's just disgraceful!



Oh! He isn't even going to move back. I'm so upset. Time to try and make him feel sorry for me by sooking on the cold timber floor...


That didn't work. Oscar just moved even closer to the fire... :(

My Painting

I am currently two years old, and have completed my first painting!
I am really proud of myself, even though it's not as good as some artist's work (after all, I have to work with paws you know).

My painting is a picture of me, and I am located in a field with daisies, a slow-flowing stream and of coarse a big, beautiful rainbow!!! It was created in a program called Paint.

How I Have Grown
